Namaste, my name is Isle. I'm a certified 200HR RYT yoga teacher, trained in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Kundalini, with a background in somatic and embodiment work.

My teaching is rooted in presence, softness, and deep listening to the body. Throughout my journey yoga has been such a beautiful way to return back to my body, and that’s the gift I want to give to others when I teach.

Make it stand out.

Where movement meets meaning.

Yoga for the body, mind and soul.

The yoga practice I offer is one where we meet ourselves on the mat. Exactly where we are, and from that awareness, we can sink more deeply into the body, still the mind, and return to ourselves.

My teaching style weaves Hatha, Vinyasa and Tai Chi yoga together. This holistic way of practicing allows for the body, soul and mind to unite. With the strength and structure of Hatha, the flow of Vinyasa, and the softness and energetic awareness of Tai Chi, this practice becomes more than just poses— it becomes a dance that returns you back to your inner stillness.

SomaNaya yoga was born from my background in somatic work, now blending with the practice of yoga. In Sanskrit, Soma is the essence of the moon, representing nourishment, and receptivity. It's deeply connected to the feminine, to intuition, to flow. Soma also refers to the living body as experienced from within, not just the physical body but the felt, alive, emotional, energetic one. Naya relates to the pathway through which it flows.

SomaNaya is the pathway through which nourishment may be found in body, mind and soul.
