I am a 200hr RYT Certified Yoga Teacher, Somatics & Sensuality Mentor and Certified Dharma Coach.

My journey is a dance of the expressive arts. I love finding new and unique ways to express my heart & soul. This includes dancing, singing, making music, painting, writing, and the practice of (teaching) yoga. I grew up in The Netherlands and I am now living in between the Caribbean, Greece and the Netherlands.

I am here to guide women into the remembrance of their sacred womanhood. Through my unique methodology, INTIMASOMATICS, I blend together the art of somatics, the truth of the body with sensuality and intimacy so you can deepen your relationship to your own body and shift from within. Through this work, we get to root into our bodies and come home to the sacredness that is our birthright.
